Admission to Master's with EHEA degree
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES
Students ought to pre-register and meet the following conditions:
> Be in possession of a Bachelor's Degree, or any of the current degrees in Architecture, Engineering, Technical Architecture, Diploma, Technical or Master Engineering, or other equivalent expressly stated.
> Be in possession of a foreign university degree not approved by the Ministry of Science and Innovation which enables postgraduate study in the home country.
In addition to the above, applicants must meet, if any, the specific requirements that are required for each Master’s course.
2 - . APPLICATIONS AND DEADLINES FOR APPLICATION / REGISTRATION
To pre-register on an Official Master’s course offered by Andalusian universities it is necessary to complete and submit the registration application on the following webpage:
The Comisión de Distrito Único Andaluz (Andalusian District Commission) will establish each academic year, the deadlines for submission of applications for pre-registration and registration. These can be viewed on the webpage given above.
3 - DOCUMENTATION
The applicant shall provide, in electronic format, the documentation of academic status together with other documents that may be required according to the different Master’s courses.
The system will provide the applicant with confirmation of having presented the accredited documents and will send a copy to the applicant’s email address, previously indicated, together with an SMS. A single application will be presented which states in order of preference the Master’s courses to which the applicant wishes to be admitted. During the period for submitting applications, the system will allow the replacement of an existing application for a new one, which will automatically lead to cancellation of the previous application.
a) General Documentation
Applicants must provide, together with the printed / completed form, the documents specified below (to obtain these files or documents, scan the corresponding original):
> Scanned PDF copy of National Identity Document (DNI), Foreigner’s Identification Number (NIE), or passport.
> Scanned PDF copy of the certified official academic report, stating the average grade.
> Scanned PDF copy with the image of the qualification obtained and proof of having paid the rights of issue. .
In addition, those with non-convalidated qualifications should include:
> Scanned PDF copy of the official academic report, certifying that the applicant holds a qualification issued by the relevant official body of the country of origin, enabling access to postgraduate studies.
> If necessary, a scanned PDF copy of the official academic report stating the marks obtained in subjects and duration of the course, expressed in months or credits, including, where appropriate, the final project allowing access the Master’s course, or courses, requested.
>If required, a scanned copy of the certificate issued by an official body of the applicant’s country of origin, stating the minimum mark needed to pass a subject and the maximum mark it is possible to obtain.
All documentation requested in the previous sections, should be legally translated into Spanish and legalized according to the agreements signed by the applicant's country.
b) Specific Documentation
All applicants must provide all other specific documentation in electronic format, as is required by the Master’s course or courses requested.
4 - . DELIVERY OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS
At the time of enrollment, applicants must submit originals and copies of the DNI, NIE, or passport, as well as other previously scanned documents together with the application form. All documents must be legally translated into Spanish and legalized according to the agreements signed by the applicant's country.
