El Plan de Apoyo Para el alumnado de Intercambio (PAPI) de la Universidad de Málaga es un programa gestionado por la Oficina Internacional en años anteriores donde l@s estudiantes de la UMA orientaban y apoyaban al alumnado internacional (estudiantes papi) que tenían como destino nuestra universidad. En él se realizaban actividades de orientación y acogida en la universidad, actividades de integración social y cultural así como actividades de intercambio lingüístico (parejas lingüísticas).

Desde el año 12/13, el Programa PAPI deja de existir como tal, y pasa a integrarse con el Programa Alumno Tutor de la UMA para crear el nuevo Programa Buddy, siendo gestionado por la Oficina de Voluntariado de la Universidad de Málaga.

The Support Programme for the Exchange Students (PAPI) of the University of Malaga was a programme coordinated by the International Office where UMA students (PAPI students) guided and supported international students who chose as their destination our university. Some of the activities of this programem was Welcoming and orientation, Cultural and social integration and Language exchange (language tandem).

From the year 12/13, the PAPI Program no longer exists as such, and has been renamed as BUDDY Programme, being managed by the Volunteer Office (Oficina de Voluntariado) at the University of Málaga.
