EUROPEAN PROJECTS - TECHNOLOGY PLATFORMS

European Technology Platforms (ETPs) are a groups of entities interested in a given sector, led by industry, with the aim of achieving leadership in a given sector or technology field. Technology Platforms must have a Strategic Research Agenda (SRA) which determines the R&D priorities, schedule, and budget in a particular sector of importance for medium to long-term European growth, competitiveness, and sustainable development. These platforms achieve SRA implementation via considerable research and innovation efforts.
