Service Charters provide citizens with information related to the public services handeled by the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, the conditions, citizens' rights with respect to these services, and the commitment assumed regarding quality provision.
In this regard, UMA's OTRI puts the Service Charters at their users' disposal so as to enable easy access to such information, the procedures and opportunities to activeky take part in improving services.
Furthermore, this Charter is aimed at improving the services provided by UMA's OTRI to its users, and adopt the necessary measures to guarantee its adequate implementation.
