Recognition and obtainment of allowances
REGULATIONS
Regulations on the different salary and allowance components of civil servant and contract teaching and research staff, as well as temporary replacement staff, are presented below:
Organic Act 6/2001, of December 21st, on Universities. (Articles 55 and 69)
Act 7/2007, of April 12th, on the Basic Statute of Public Employees. (Chapter III under Title III)
Royal Decree 1086/1989, of August 28th, on the salary of university teachers.
Order of November 3rd 1989, through which the Royal Decree 1086/1989 is developed, of August 28th, on the salary of university teachers. (Section on productivity bonus repealed)
