UNIVERSITY TEACHING AND RESEARCH STAFF SERVICE
MISSION
Our mission includes tasks related to planning, selection, and overall management of the teaching and research staff, in line with UMA's Strategic Plan framework. Advise academics and Service users and carry out the necessary procedures to apply teaching staff regulations so as to attend their needs and demands.
VISION
Set up a unit that performs its tasks in compliance with the principles of excellence, an ongoing commitment to quality and improvement, an achivement of results that satisfy the needs of the teaching staff as well as the rest of users of this service.
