University of Helsinki’s Partner Day is a networking platform for mobility specialists and coordinators from partner universities. The focus of the day is in managing the global exchange programmes and strategic partnerships. In addition, participants get to share their expertise, rethink their routines and even have some fun!

Who?
The programme is directed at mobility specialists with an interest in benchmarking practices and networking with colleagues. Participation is limited to two persons per partner institution. The language of communication is English.
What and when?
On the 23rd of September from 12 noon to 8 PM before the EAIE conference starts. The programme will be one day full of information with specific themes from an administrative point of view. Themes include e.g.
- General information about the University
- Getting acquainted with the International Exchange Services
- Sharing best practices in strategic partnerships
- Networking

How to apply?
The application is open to the 15th of August, 2019 and is done through the link. Please note that there is only a limited amount of places and the event may be full before the deadline.
Costs
Participation in the scheduled programme is free of charge. Other costs such as accommodation and travel are covered by the participants themselves.
