The main objective of Journal of Competency Development & Learning is to provide an intellectual platform for international scholars. Journal of Competency Development & Learning aims to promote interdisciplinary studies in social science and become the leading journal in social science in the world.

Journal of Competency Development & Learning is inviting papers for Vol 15, Issue 4  which is scheduled to be published on Dec 31, 2020. Last date of submission is on Nov. 15, 2020. 23:59 Korea Standard Time(KST). However, an early submission will get preference in case of review and publication process.

The journal publishes research papers in all the fields of Competency Development & Human Resource Development.

Manuscripts must be written in accordance with the Bylaws for manuscripts on Journal of Competency Development & Learning and should be a minimum of 20 pages including the abstract(within 1 page) and references. Papers can not exceed 30 pages.

The documents for submission are the Paper(Journal), Thesis Submission Application, Confirmation of Compliance with Research Ethics.
