PROCEDURES AND DEADLINES

  • 19  DIC: LAST DAY FOR INSCRIPTIONS

 

JANUARY: FORMAL PROCEDURES PERIOD
We will send out e-mails informing candidates who have been selected, not selected or in the waiting list. We will ask selected candidates to send us Mobility Agreements and flight tickets to guarantee their place in the event. In case of participants’ withdrawal, we will inform the candidates in the waiting list as soon as possible.

 

  • 12th JAN: FIRST PROVISIONAL RESOLUTION OF SELECTED CANDIDATES PUBLISHED: 

    The provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates for the XV Staff Week has been published here.

    Candidates included in the non-admitted list are automatically placed on the waiting list. In order to give priority to their application, they must send an email expressly stating their interest to interantionalhub@uma.es

  • 13th JAN: SECOND PROVISIONAL RESOLUTION OF SELECTED CANDIDATES PUBLISHED:
