What does EDANYA group do in ChEESE?
The EDANYA group provide ChEESE project with the two flagship codes dealing with the numerical simulation of tsunamis: Tsunami-HySEA and Landslide-HySEA. We also lead the pilot demostrator dealing with Faster Than Real Time (FTRT) tsunami simulations (PD2) and strongly contribute in collaboration with INGV and NGI to the two other pilots addressing probabilistic approaches to tsunami hazard assessment and early warning: PD7 - PTHA (Probabilistic Tsunami Hazard Assessment) and PD8 - PTF (Probabilistic Tsunami Forecast).
