PROCEDURES AND DEADLINES

  • 19th February – 19th March: Application period
  • 20th – 22nd March: Confirmation period
    We will send out e-mails informing candidates who have been selected, not selected or in the waiting list.
  • 23rd March – 13th April: Formal procedures period
    We will ask selected candidates to send us Mobility Agreements and flight tickets to guarantee their place in the event.
    In case of participants’ withdrawal, we will inform the candidates in the waiting list as soon as possible. The fee payment method will be indicated to selected participants at a later stage.
