The University of Malaga is hosting the tenth edition of the 'ERASMUS + International Staff Training Week 2021' until next Thursday, May 6. This event is organized in a virtual format by the Vice-Rectorate for Mobility and International Cooperation, through the UMA International Hub.

In this training and exchange forum for personnel from higher education institutions in Europe and the rest of the world, participants will attend talks and workshops conducted by the University of Malaga staff. The aim is to familiarize them with the services and programs offered, as well as to provide an introduction to the language and culture of the region through various workshops.

Throughout the X Training Week, a series of cultural activities complementary to the general training will be held, such as a flamenco workshop and Spanish classes covering cultural life, vocabulary, and Malaga's cuisine.

This training week involves the participation of the Vice-Rectorates for Culture, Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Business, Territory, and Digital Transformation. Also collaborating are the International Spanish Center, the General Library, and the Sports Service.
Over the past 10 years, this event has brought together more than 300 participants from administrative and service staff from over 90 institutions representing approximately 70 countries from around the world.

This event represents a significant opportunity to establish connections and collaborations among professionals from participating universities, thereby contributing to the international projection of the University of Malaga and the invited higher education institutions.
