On October 19th, the Alcazaba of Málaga welcomed the visit of over 60 international students. Divided into two groups of 30, the young explorers delved into this impressive testament to Málaga's past, thanks to the collaboration of the Convention Bureau of Málaga's Tourism Department.

Despite the weather not being on their side, students from different parts of the world immersed themselves in the history of the Alcazaba as they strolled through its ancient walls and lush gardens. Guided by local experts, each group received explanations in their native language, providing an enriching experience for all participants.

During the visit, students were amazed by the architecture and grandeur of the Alcazaba, enjoying panoramic views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea from its heights. Additionally, they had the opportunity to learn about the rich history of the site and its cultural significance in Málaga's past.

"It's incredible how this ancient site can transport you to another era," commented Ricardo Javier, a Puerto Rican student enjoying his international mobility at the University of Málaga. "It's a unique experience that I will definitely remember."

At the end of the visit, students expressed their gratitude to Málaga City Council and the Convention Bureau for organizing such an enriching experience. This visit not only promoted the appreciation and understanding of the Alcazaba as a historical treasure of Málaga but also strengthened ties between different cultures, leaving a lasting impression on all participants. Undoubtedly, it was a memorable day in the heart of this Andalusian city.
