On the 15th of February, a group of new international students from the University of Malaga had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the city's rich history and culture during a visit to the historic centre.

Guided by local experts provided by the Malaga Convention Bureau of the tourism area, the students were taken on a fascinating journey through the narrow cobbled streets and charming corners of the city. From the grandeur of the Alcazaba to the impressive architecture of Malaga Cathedral, participants were captivated by the beauty and history that surrounds every corner.

"It's an incredible experience to be able to immerse ourselves in the authenticity of Malaga's historic centre from day one," said Maria, an exchange student from Mexico. "Each street has its own story, and learning about them firsthand really makes this city feel like home."

During the tour, expert guides shared anecdotes and historical facts, providing students with a deeper understanding of Malaga's rich cultural heritage.
