2nd Call for Applications (2017-2018)

During the academic years 2017/18 – 2018/19 the University of Malaga is taking part in the mobility programme Erasmus+ KA107 with the following associated countries and partners.

Applications

Candidates from Partner Countries can only apply for grants for a stay at University of Málaga.

Candidates from University of Málaga may apply up to a maximum of 3 host universities ALL candidates must apply through this application online tool.

Submit the following documents (preferably in English):

• DNI or Passport.
• Proof of enrollment to the home university (only students).
• Proof of connection enrollment to the home university for staff from partner countries.
• CV (Students must use this template (format). Staff may send in English any CV format from 3-5 pages.) 
• Academic record (only students).
• Language Certificate (only students).
• Invitation letter or email from corresponding host academic tutor.
• In case of Staff training from University of Málaga it will be required a signed letter by the head of service or person in charge with his/her approval, that authorize the staff to participate in the mobility.

Selection criteria

Applicants must fulfil the following criteria:

1. Elegibility

• Submit the online application by the established deadline.
• Be National of any of the partner countries published in the call for applications.
• Be registered at the same level of studies that is applying for (for students), or work (for staff), in one of the partner universities at application stage and must be kept during the mobility.
• Students must respect the maximum stay of 12 months funded by Erasmus+ , in the same level of studies (for Architecture and Medicine can be 24 months).

 2. Academic requirements

• Be accepted and assessed positively (>50%) by home and host university, according to:

3. Language requirements

UMA will not request documents providing the level of language to the applicants, however each home university will ensure the candidates meet the language requirements to be able to take advantage of the stay. Language certifications will be valued in the assessment, but not compulsory.

 

Assessment

All applications will be assessed by an Experts Commission from each thematic field at home and host universities with a 50% of the final mark respectively.  In case of a conflict of interests in any assessment of partner universities, it should be a specific committee of the University of Malaga who assesses 100 % the candidate with the agreement of the host university.

All selected candidates must comply with the requirements of both home and host university regarding all the requested documents and proofs of the stay.
