La Academy of Korean Studies ha abierto la convocatoria de la 2021 Graduate Fellowship. A continuación, os dejamos la convocatoria original:

The AKS Graduate Fellowship is GSKS’ non-degree program which invites international graduate students to the AKS and supports them for six months, providing them with a momentum to grow to be a next generation of promising scholars in Korean studies. AKS Graduate Fellows for the period from 1st September 2021 to 28th February 2022 are now being sought. Those who aspire to widen and deepen their knowledge of Korea by conducting research at GSKS are very welcome to apply.

1. Fellowship Benefits

Fellows are provided with monthly stipend of around 750.000W, round-trip airfare, and on-campus accommodation free of charge. They need to designate one of AKS' professors whose specialty is most relevant to their research topic as their academic advisor. Korean language courses as well as cultural experience program are available free of charge. 

2. Eligibility

International students enrolled at an overseas university in a Master's degree program or a doctoral degree program in the field of Korean studies are eligible to apply. Students in an ABD(All But Dissertation) status in a Master's degree program are eligible, while those in a doctoral degree program are not. Korean language proficiency is not required.

3. Application

Applicants should apply online between 19 April and 14 May at gradaks.recruiter.co.kr and send required documents by post no later than 14 May.
