Home automation laboratory

The home automation laboratory is located in the south side of the third floor of the building of the School of Industrial Engineering, with access through the door 3.507.LI. It occupies an approximate surface of 180 m2 and is mainly dedicated to the subject Lighting and Home Automation techniques.

This laboratory consists of a total of 9 stands with the following instrumentation:

• Dual-core computers
• Housing simulator with digital inputs and outputs
• Housing simulator with analog inputs and outputs
• ABB-KNX mechanisms set
• Schneider mechanism set
• Simatic Siemens S7- 212
• Siemens touch screen
• Asynchronous motor with brake ABB ¼ HP
• Set of differential and magnetothermal protections ABB
• KNX-Internet adapter
