Electrotechnical laboratory


The electrotechnical laboratory is located in the south side of the ground floor of the building of the School of Industrial Engineering, with access through the door 0.530.LI. It occupies an approximate surface of 160 m2 and is mainly dedicated to the subjects taught in the third and fourth year of degree and in the master.
The practices developed in this laboratory cover subjects related to renewable energies, electric drives and electromagnetism. In addition, this laboratory includes a small exhibition with reproductions of old electrical machines made by students of the school as part of their final projects.
Among the available stands we find:
- Photovoltaic installation simulator.
- DFIG wind generator.
- Test module for induction machines.
- Experimentation and measurement of electromagnetic fields.
