Project description

The purpose of the project is to develop a Competence Accreditation Model for professionals working in intervention programmes with young offenders. Competences that help professionals to ensure that intervention with young people who are reluctant to change, marginalised and highly complex, is rigorous and effective, while improving the employability and mobility of professionals in the European space.
