Project description | The project links two topical issues: school networking and project leadership on inclusive education issues (diversity management in schools, respectively). The creation of teacher networks in schools has been seen as one of the effective forms of professional development and increased expertise in schools in recent years. Coping with diversity in schools is a matter of close cooperation and joint learning, not only within schools, but also between schools. For this, it is necessary to create professional networks that are effectively supported by school leadership. Networking is a social form that enables interaction and exchange through joint events and products, this concerns communities where learners share their experiences and knowledge and jointly develop new knowledge. |
