There are areas of collaboration with multiple foreign universities (see agreements).

Currently, in the area of Podiatry (as a specific exchange area), an agreement has been established with the University of Saldford (Manchester), where an ERAMUS program is being developed. In addition, there are currently contacts with the University of Valenciennes and Hainaut-Cambresis in France for another co-tutoring agreement in the area of biomechanics, within the field of sport (Franck Barbier, franck.barbier@univ-valenciennes.fr). These two agreements join the existing ones with the University of Leuven and Antwerp in Belgium and the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom.

Currently there are two co-supervised students (Antwerp and Saldford) and another with European mentions. In addition to receiving foreign students within the doctoral program.

Among the grants offered within the UMA mobility program, in addition to the grants from its own plan for co-supervision and international mentorship, ERAMUS + presents in its KA107 program possible agreements within the doctoral program.
