Our staff week is directed at staff of  international relations offices, however, staff from other parts of your institution (PR & Marketing, Library, Facility Management, Finance-Controlling-Accounting, Human Relations, Central IT Services, Quality Development, Continuing Education - Student Administration ) is also very welcome to participate. The international staff week is a good chance for colleagues who would like to visit us in the frame of an Erasmus+ Staff Exchange. Colleagues from our non-European partner universities are also very welcome as well as our International Credit Mobility partners.

The registration will be open from now until  10. February 2018. We would appreciate it if you restricted the number of registrations to one person per sending institution.

Please do not book flights or hotels until you have received an acceptance mail from us. The staff week which will be limited to a group of 25 participants. A participation fee of € 100,- will be charged.  The organized social program and lunches are free. We recommend colleagues from Erasmus+ partner universities to apply for an Erasmus grant in the International office of their home institution.
