We kindly request all guests to register using the registration

The deadline for registration is March 22nd, 2021. We will confirm your participation by end of March with further details of the registration for the cultural and social programs we will offer during the week.

Lectures
You will be able to give your lecture live or you can send us your lecture video previously if the on-time lecture will be not possible. The deadline for sending us the video via next cloud: March 25th, 2021.

Costs
Participation in the International Week is free of charge. 

Students
Students from our partner universities are welcome to join the event. Our students will be happy to attend them in cultural programs for students.

Introduction of you and your country in the IW 2021
After the registration, a student research group of our university will contact you asking for in-formation about you, your university and your country. They will prepare a short introduction clip which will be shared during the IW 2020. You would be very appreciated if you could pro-vide them with information.

Program
Besides the lectures, there will be enough opportunities to get to know each other and share the experience and the precious moments together. Cultural activities and meeting will be offered also online. You are also encouraged to provide us with your ideas for these activities!

Online Conferencing System “Alfaview”
All activities of the International Week 2021 will take place on the alfaview. Alfaview is a pure communication platform which is strictly confidential and accessible only to the participants of a video conference who are present in the respective alfaview room. Optional meeting with our university staffs
