Las Staff Weeks son una de las actividades más habituales de movilidad para el personal administrativo y docente investigador. Muchas universidades organizan estas semanas internacionales en las que el principal objetivo es compartir experiencias sobre internacionalización, facilitar el trabajo en red y el establecimiento de nuevas alianzas.
Una oportunidad para aprender de las experiencias y buenas prácticas de las instituciones asociadas, intercambiar ideas sobre el fomento de la movilidad de estudiantes y personal, presentar nuestra universidad de origen, estructuras y prácticas laborales, y explorar y discutir temas especiales de interés dentro del campo de la internacionalización mediante presentaciones, talleres, conferencias y actividades culturales.

IMOTION (Repositorio de universidades europeas)
La plataforma IMOTION (Integration and Promotion of Staff Training Courses at Universities across Europe) es un proyecto gestionado por un conjunto de universidades europeas y financiado por la Unión Europea para la creación de una plataforma online que centralice la información disponible de todas las Semanas de Formación Erasmus+ organizadas en Europa de manera que la comunidad universitaria pueda acceder a ellas de manera inmediata y fácil. Se aconseja confirmar siempre la información obtenida con la información disponible en la propia web de la universidad socia.

On behave of the organizing committee I would like to remind you of our 5th international social work week at Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede, the Netherlands. The week will take place from the 19th to the 23rd of March 2018. We warmly invite you to come to Enschede and help us bring our first and second year students into contact with the international aspects of our great profession.

8th annual Prague International Week - staff training for our partners that will take place June 11th-15th 2018 at the University of Economics, Prague, Czech Republic.
This training is aimed mainly at our colleagues from International Offices - its main focus will be different aspects of internationalization, especially student exchanges (a preliminary programme is attached). Please, feel free to forward this invitation to all your eligible colleagues. -
The 5th edition of the Erasmus+ Staff Training Week, organized by West University of Timisoara, Romania. The event will take place between 23rd - 27th April 2018.

Between the 16th and the 20th of April 2018, the Polytechnic of Setubal will be organizing the 11th edition of its International Week under the main theme “World Boundaries – Insights, Practices and Values”.

The University of Bergen hereby announces its eighth Staff Mobility Week, to takeplace in Bergen during week 23, 4 - 8 June 2018.

The International Week will be held from 14 to 18 May 2018. Please find the official invitation from Professor Ursula Reutner, Vice President for International Relations at the University of Passau enclosed.
We look forward to meeting you and to getting to know you!
During these five days you will be introduced to the University of Passau and its study programmes as well as the International Office and AEGEE, the European Students’ Forum. Please find the preliminary programme enclosed. The event will include lectures, workshops as well as opportunities to network, benchmark and exchange ideas with colleagues from all over the world. Naturally, there will also be a cultural programme and time to discover the city and its beautiful surroundings.

We are pleased to inform you that the registration for the International Staff Week, ‘Connecting globally, innovating intercultural experiences’, organized by University of Edinburgh and University of Amsterdam is now open.
The week will start in Edinburgh, United Kingdom and mid-week continue in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The week will take place from from Monday 16 April 2018 until Friday 20 April 2018.

we are very happy to invite you to our International Staff-Week at FH JOANNEUM, Austria which will take place from 23.- 27. April 2018.
During this week you will not only get to know FH JOANNEUM in Graz but also our campuses in Kapfenberg and Bad Gleichenberg. We will put together a diverse program of presentations, group discussions and cultural activities for you. You will be expected to present your home institution at our Study Abroad Fair, where you will also have the chance to meet our students and staff.

The University of Edinburgh's Knowledge Exchange Week will provide a unique opportunity for library and cultural heritage professionals, from all backgrounds and career stages, to learn about the University's work in these areas, and to share knowledge and best practice with colleagues from across Europe. The programme will provide a general insight into the work of library and collection staff, and offer an exciting opportunity to gain a hands-on insight into our work in libraries, archives and museum collections.
