Project description

Professional learning communities (PLCs) are highly valued internationally for the development of schools and the improvement of student performance. The consortium consists of a group of experts with extensive experience in the creation and monitoring of PLCs.

This project provides the following intellectual outputs:

  • Consolidated report on the professional learning needs of students and teachers and professional learning communities of students and teachers.
  • Toolkit with activities to train student-teachers and mentors for successful PLCs.
  • Modules to develop communication strategies for effective PLC.
  • Evaluation report on the possibilities of student-teacher PLCs and student-teacher-mentor PLCs.
