Xior is the new residence for students in Malaga, in the center of the University of Malaga (UMA) campus.
It is close to bus, taxi and metro stops to be able to move around the city comfortably.
The XIOR residence has created a super cozy, modern and functional environment to study in peace, eat healthy, rest and have fun.
Bedrooms
The single and double rooms at the Xior student residence on the Teatinos Campus are designed so that you feel in them as if you were in your own home. They all have a private bathroom and a small office where you will have your own refrigerator, a microwave and comfortable, modern and functional equipment. Everything you need to focus on what is really important: your studies and your new life in Malaga.

- Single room accommodation only: €720
- Single room + half board: €985
- Single room + full board: €1080
Summer price 2025 (July and August)
- Single room: €400
In July, you can add half-board (+€255) or full-board (+€346) in our restaurant. The restaurant will be closed in August.
The rooms have a kitchenette: refrigerator, microwave and a sink and storage area. More information click here
