Project description | Crafts represent a valuable European heritage that must be protected and nurtured. To this end, it is necessary to preserve the knowledge and skills of traditional and guild crafts, as well as to ensure the economic and commercial viability of these enterprises so that their professionals can make a living from them. ARTCademy is a project based on knowledge management that aims to preserve and strengthen the European artisan business fabric in two ways: firstly, to maintain and protect ancestral knowledge about traditional crafts, particularly those at risk of disappearing; secondly, to provide companies in these sectors with tools and skills for their survival and development as profitable businesses. ARTCademy is aimed at craft micro-enterprises, future entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship facilitators committed to stimulating high value creation in the craft sector and enhancing its contribution to the economy and society. |
