The Summer Camp will last for two weeks during which you will be offered intense courses, distributed four days a week. These training courses will be presented by Briz Parent (Phd. Marine Ecology) and 8 experts working in various sectors related to the maritime world. On days when classes do not occur, you will be given the opportunity to visit the city of Angers which is an historical heart in France, and discover typical French ‘‘art de vivre” (lifestyle) in a human-scale city.

The aim of this Summer Camp is to draw an overview of the data collected on the oceans, and by which methods these are analyzed for us to gain new knowledge. The knowledge will then be used through numerous human activities at sea and/or on land.

This Summer Camp will get you more familiar with:

  • The way knowledge is built to better understand marine environments.
  • The use of intel within the scope of the various human activities in marine environments.

Please note that we also offer an Online option with full broadcasting of all presentations and workshops at a reduced price.
