  Join us for an inspiring session with Rune Schanke Eikum, CEO of the innovation consultancy Tinkr (Norway) and a late-stage PhD candidate at BI Norwegian Business School.
  
  In this seminar, Rune will introduce the principles of Regenerative Leadership, an emerging paradigm that draws inspiration from nature to transform the way organizations lead, learn, and create impact. Moving beyond sustainability, regenerative leadership seeks to align human and organizational systems with the living systems of which they are part — fostering resilience, adaptability, and thriving futures.
  
  Drawing from his research and practical experience, Rune explores how companies can move from doing less harm to actively contributing to the renewal of social and ecological systems. His work focuses on real-world cases in Norway, including a land-based fish-farming company and a coffee producer, both undergoing transitions toward regenerative business models.
