Statement of Responsability

Deadlines for Application

01. Students must formalize their application form and must attach previous to admission the following documents:

• Copy of passport or ID card.
• Copy of an academic certificate of the studies carried out.
• If copy of an academic certificate cannot be provided, a statement of responsability will be admitted in which the student declares, under his/her own responsibility, that s/he meets the academic requirements to pursue studies, under an unofficial registration basis, related to the studies that s/he had been studying at her/his home university.
• Accreditation of being an applicant with international protection or refugee status.

02. Admitted students will receive an acceptance letter and must formalize their registration under an unofficial education basis in the Secretariat of the corresponding Center or School, in the subjects offered for unofficial registration.

03. This Office shall  issue a Transcript of Records which, in addition to the identification data of the respective student, shall set forth all of the academic and/or training activities carried out, as well as the respective marks obtained. The above mentioned Transcript of Records will be given/sent to the person concerned and to home university if possible within a maximum period of 45 days from the expiry of the deadline for receipt of records.
