Financial management of contract

  • Management of the financial aspect of contract is performed by the Financial Management Service under UMA's Department of Finance.

  • The main researcher of the contract or collaboration agreement must contact this Service to make use of the budget and follow the procedure previously established by the University. 
  • Furthermore, this Service will also provide the necessary forms to be filled out for the implementation of the budget; however, these forms are also available for download on this website.
