Drawing up the contract

1. Based on the information gathered, a technician drafts the contract or agreement regulating the partnership or, where applicable, revises and corrects the one drafted by the company.
   
   
2. The draft contract is submitted to the research group and the lead researcher is informed about the procedure to follow until the conluding stage (contract or agreement signing).
   
   
3. Likewise, if necessary, the lead researcher shall be advised on preparing the budget for the company.
   
   
4. The draft contract is then submitted to the company so as to prepare the final version.
