Cultural Activities
Audiovisual and performing arts, exhibitions, music, literature, artistic creativity awards, etc., comprise some of the activities developed by UMA's Vicerectorate for University Extension (Vicerectorado de Extensión Universitaria, thus placing us at the cultural forefront due to the quantity and quality of events held in Málaga.
Furthermore, the University of Malaga is the only University in Spain to hold an annual Fantasy Film Festival with an international focus, FANCINE. With over 20 editions, every November this festival becomes a cinematographic referent for the University and the city of Malaga.
