- Skills profile of the job
- The concept of professional skills
- The classification of general skills
- Description of each skill to be developed
- Significant and non-significant behaviour
- Strategies and guidelines
- Practical cases
Duration, timetable and number of students: 4 hours from 10:00-14:00 and approximately 15 students.
