Classics, like any discipline in Humanities, is concerned with human knowledge, thought, language, history, doubts, fears, artistic expression, and origins. Since its object of study is the human being, it approaches it from all possible viewpoints in order to understand its current position within a global context. Furthermore, the wide range of subjects covered will provide you with a solid grounding in culture.

The Bachelor of Classics provides you with a comprehensive view on Roman and Greek languages and literature, as well as classical culture, history, and philosophy. This degree also teaches how classical languages relate with one another and how they have evolved into modern languages. If you are interested in Ancient Hisotry, Greek and Roman Culture, or Lexical Semantics, then you will surely enjoy this programme.
