2)      For call H2020-EE-03-2016-2017 standardised installation packages integrating renewable and energy efficiency solutions for heating, cooling and/or hot water preparation the London organisation would like to join a project with the following project idea:
Electric Plus – shining light on electric heating. Changes in technology are seeing a radical reassessment of electric heating in social housing. For many years it was installed for logical reasons but it lead to high running costs and consumer complaints. Recent work with housing providers in a has shown that the use of a mix of generation, storage and management are seeing the default choices of replacing electric heating being challenged. There is now the potential  for reduced running costs, lower carbon impacts, improve controllability for customers and for landlords significantly reduce capital and revenue costs. The organisation is working with energy companies, technology and renewable energy suppliers to test the practical application of an ‘Electric Plus’ approach in social housing portfolios.

The organisation is looking for:
EU Partners that could be technology companies, social housing providers or energy companies that would be willing to lead the project.

If you are interested in becoming the lead partner or should you require any information please contact Hugo Clarke at: Hugo.c@accesseurope.org.uk or  02077495159,  as soon as possible.
