Machining Workshop
The Machining Workshop of the Central Research Support Services of the University of Malaga, located in the UMA building of the Technological Park of Andalusia, has been developed to provide a service to the Research Groups of the University of Malaga, with the aim of solve the problems that arise in the field of mechanical design.
It is equipped to offer services of design, construction, assembly, repair and maintenance of prototypes of mechanical devices for research, with a wide variety of design possibilities, sizes, shapes and materials.
Although its main objective is focused on serving the UMA Groups, the Machining Workshop can offer these same services to other Research Centers or to Companies in the Region, through the channels established by the Centralized Support Services. to the Research.
It is managed and technically supported by the Mechanical Engineering Area of the University of Malaga, which provides it with an expansion in its possibilities of carrying out various designs of mechanical prototypes.
