On May 4th, 2019, the International Relations Office at the University of Malaga through Welcome to UMA office, “La Diputación de Málaga” and the NGO ACOES Honduras, in collaboration with "La Gran Senda" and the City Council of Riogordo, organize the second "Solidarity Run" for the local and international students at the UMA.

ACOES is a development NGO, whose purpose is to execute non-profit projects, humanitarian aid projects for children and the general population of Honduras while promoting access to education, as a tool for social transformation.

On the one hand, this initiative gives the opportunity to publicize "La Gran Senda" and the region of Riogordo among the international and local students at the UMA and, on the other hand, to raise funds to contribute to the social work carried out by this NGO.
