STUDY PLAN

DEGREE PROGRAMME

CREDIT LOAD

ACCESS CENTRE

The Bachelor of Translation and Interpretation, like any discipline in Humanities, is concerned with human knowledge, thought, language, history, doubts, fears, artistic expression, and origins. Since its object of study is the human being, it approaches it from all possible viewpoints in order to understand its current position within a global context. Furthermore, the wide range of subjects covered will provide you with a solid grounding in culture.

The Bachelor of Translation and Interpetation provides students with solid grounding in foreign languages, allowing them to transmit the message in a discourse or a conversation while maintaining the same sense and intentions of the speaker. In this programme students will acquire full knowledge in two languages. The first being English or French. The second being German, Arab, French, Greek, English, or Italian.

You can be assured of success in this degree programme if you have language fluency, a likeness for reading, a critical spirit, a respect for other social customs and habits, and a desire to learn other cultures.
