CHAIR OF BUSINESS VIABILITY
Chair of Business Viability The main aim of the Chair, formalized on 11 June 2013, is to promote a forum for debate, analysis, study, research and teaching in the improvement and internationalisation of business viability. The Chair of Business Viability is national and international in scope and includes activities of analysis, study, research, teaching and dissemination of business viability. In particular, investigation will be undertaken in diagnosing and improving business viability, enterprise risk assessment, identification and analysis of the viability of business models, economic-financial models, international business models and technological and innovative activities. The Chair also aims to speed up bankruptcy proceedings and improve their performance, as well as study international comparative law with more tradition and success in bankruptcy legislation and study innovations in the diagnosis of firms in difficulty.
