Recommended Profile
It is recommended that students hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the following fields. Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s in Law, Bachelor’s in Criminology, Bachelor’s in Political Science and Administration, Bachelor’s in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Bachelor’s in Public Management and Administration, and other similar fields.
Master’s Degree: It is highly recommended to have completed a Master’s in a subject related to the doctoral program, such as the Master’s programs offered by the Faculty of Law at the University of Málaga (“Criminality and Social Intervention in Minors,” “Criminal Law and Criminal Policy,” “Economic and Territorial Regulation,” “Mediation,” “Corporate Legal Advice”), which, like other similar programs, provide direct access to the doctorate. Students from the Master’s in Law or Legal Practice: Students coming from these or other professional master’s programs or who lack a research pathway can also access the program, but must complete the corresponding “training supplement” in the first year of the program.
