ComPiTe. Presentación

In the Permanent Group for Educational Innovation in transversal competences in engineering, these competences are going to be worked on, trying to go beyond the limits of the engineering schools themselves. The main competences to be worked on will be:

A.  That students have the ability to gather and interpret relevant data in order to make judgements that include a reflection on social, scientific or ethical issues.

B. Students should be able to transmit information, ideas, problems and solutions to both specialised and non-specialised audiences.

C. Ability to assume and attitude of respect for fundamental rights and equality between men and women.

D. Ability to solve problems with initiative, decision-making, creativity and to communicate and transmit knowledge, skills and abilities, understanding the ethical and professional responsibility of the engineer's activity.

E. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary group and in a multilingual environment and to communicate, both in writing and orally, knowledge, procedures, results and ideas related to engineering.
