TRIBUTE CEREMONIES FOR 25TH ANNIVERSARY AND RETIRED UMA STAFF

Each year, the University of Málaga pays tribute to the academic and administrative staff with 25 years of service at the University or that has retired. Presided over by the University President, this ceremonial act brings together members of the Government Council, Deans, Heads of Department, as well as the honorees' family and friends. The first ceremony of this nature was held in 1997, year in which the University of Málaga was also celebrating its 25th anniversary and, thus, marked the tradition of this tribute ceremony.
