The Bachelor of Mathematics covers knowledge of the nature, methods, and purpose of the different areas in Mathematics, training in applying practical and theoretical knowledge acquired in defining and approaching problems and providing solutions in academic and applied contexts, development of analytical and abtract thought skills, intuitive, logical, and rigorous thinking, ability to recognize the underlying Mathematics in nature, science, technology, arts, etc. At present, Mathematics are essential in all science-related areas.
