In this section you can be informed about teaching and research staff management.
Planning entails carrying out tasks such as assessing the situation of Departments at UMA through a structural and financial analysis of the teaching resources and workload so as to facilitate decision-making procedures for those offices in charge.
Thus, the analysis includes studying and processing applications for job vacancies, studying and drafting the budget plan, implementing the staff's stabilization and promotion plan, announcing vacant teaching posts and substitute teaching posts through the hiring procedure for Temporary Substitute Teachers (PSI).
Furthermore, this Service is also in charge of managing the elections for the Staff Board and Works Council, drawing up requested reports and statistcs related to the teaching and research staff.
