In this degree programme students will learn how the labour market is organised, how to manage a company's staff, as well as which are the labour market and Social Security regulations. In addition to gaining a theoretical background, you will also receive practical training. Therefore, you will acquire problem-solving skills that can be applied within the human resources department of a given company, as well as representing and defending entrepreneurs' and employees' rights in the Administration or Labour Tribunals.
