Program Objectives

The Doctoral Program’s main objective is to train high level researchers in the fields of Economics and Business. This stage of education is key for both the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies and the Faculty of Commerce and Management, which cooperate in the organization of the Program. The Doctoral Program in Economics and Business is integrated in the University of Malaga School of Doctoral Studies.
To ensure the correct implementation of the Program in respect to both its educational and research activities, close attention will be payed to promoting the elements that contribute to the development of the competences required to become a qualified researcher.
