Student Satisfaction Survey on Teaching Performance
Since the academic year 2008-09, the Service has carried out the`Student Opinion Survey on Teaching Performance´ in collaboration with the Centro Andaluz de Prospectiva (CANP). The model for the survey was decided by the Governing Council on October 31, 2008 and ratified by the Governing Council on November 18, 2009.
The survey is carried out in two time periods: the first is between late November and late January for the first quarter/semester courses. The second is between mid-March and late May for the second quarter/semester and year-long courses. The survey is carried out for all levels: degree, diploma, higher engineering, technical engineering, and, since the academic year 2009/10, the official Master’s course. This process also includes the Affiliated Centres of the University of Malaga.
Once this process is finalized, at the end of November each year, the results are presented to the media and the overall results are analyzed.
